Monitoring of peroxide in gamma irradiated PE/EVOH/PE multilayer film using methionine probe

چکیده
Methionine oxidation is used as a proxy to model the gamma radiation induced changes in single-use bags. These can be formation of acids, radicals and hydroperoxides due irradiation multilayer film single use bag made from. Biopharmaceutical polyethylene bags irradiated from 0 260 kGy aged 36 months were filled with methionine solution follow methionine. sulfoxide was measured using high performance liquid chromatography after 21 days storage. The maximum concentration detected storage analyzed through design experiments. results experiments considered obtain desirability domain for optimization conditions bags, limiting well release reactive species thereof.
